Lemon Pepper Chicken Pasta

Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it hot, just this as we were packing the leftovers away. But this is a creamy lemony delicious dish! 


😊Above are the amounts to use if you're going to feed a lot of people. Below is for a family 😊

Coat 4-5 chicken breasts in lemon pepper seasoning and mayonnaise in the morning. Leave in a Tupperware to marinate all day until you're ready to cook. If the breasts are very thick slice in half flat ways. 

*Grill or fry chicken breasts in a pan to brown and then finish cooking in the oven. 

While chicken is cooking in the oven, make the sauce: 

1 stick butter

4-5 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 c. finally diced onion 

Salt to taste

1 tsp or to taste Lemon pepper seasoning 

Zest and juice of one lemon 

One cup of chicken broth

2-3 cups of heavy cream 

1 cup or so of Parmesan cheese 

Sprinkling of parsley and red pepper flakes of desired

Make the sauce by sauteing the onions and butter until very soft and then adding in the garlic and other ingredients. Let it simmer gently stirring frequently while you cook the pasta. 

1 lb thin spaghetti pasta, cooked al dente in salted water. 

Once the chicken is all the way cooked, Dice it up.

Toss spaghetti, sauce, chicken all together until thoroughly coated with the sauce, and serve immediately with cooked broccoli florets on the side and purple grapes, and sweet oatmeal bread.
