Winter Salad

We had this beautiful, simple salad with Pat's roast and mashed potatoes for Christmas. 

Mixed greens 

Parmesan cheese shavings 

Craisins or dried cherries 

Pecans, lightly toasted

Easy balsamic vinaigrette with honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil whisked together- and a pinch of salt.
