Rip Esselstyn's Big Bowl

Use no sugar whole grain cereals as a base-I do Ezekiel (high protein with lentils, whole grains and such) and shredded wheat
Frozen fruits- like a strawberry, mango, and peach mix- let thaw slightly
Banana diced up
Flax, hemp, chia seeds
Almond milk

Add all ingredients to bowl and cover with milk. I like it because the half-frozen fruit keeps the milk cold. It is a huge dose of nutrients and fiber and definitely starts the day off right!
