Creamy Tomatillo Ranch Dressing

Great on salad with protein, on a plate of hot Mexican food, and with lots of other things!

1.5 c. low fat buttermilk 

1.5 c. mayo

1/2 c. Ranch dressing mix powder 

2 medium tomatillos 

1 jalapeño 

6.4 oz (diced) green chilies

1.5 c. fresh cilantro

1 tsp lime juice 

1/2 tsp minced garlic 

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well. If you do not have a blender chop up all the fresh ingredients as finely as possible and stir in with the buttermilk mayo and dressing mix. Refrigerate about an hour before using.
