*I got this from an influencer named Chris (Chris Beats Cancer) who did overcome his cancer through healthy eating. He also has a daily smoothie and supercharged oatmeal. He claims eating this way and made his cancer go away and has kept it from recurring, and I believe him.

High blood pressure can lead to stroke or heart failure. It is a sign of the health of the arteries, or lack thereof. High fat meals hurt the arteries and heart. Blood vessels can develop blood visors or sludge caused by fats which causes the pressure to go up: atherosclerosis.
Blood pressure goes up due to excitement, and too much salt and other bad foods. However it's not so much the salt as it is the animal products which happen to be full of salt such as cheese and meats. Low sodium cleans out the arteries. If you use salt, Celtic sea salt is best for high BP. It is sent to be the best salt overall, followed by Himalayan pink salt, and Redmond's real salt. Ditch table salt!
