Indian Scrambled Eggs



Finely dice red onions, green pepper, cilantro, garlic, tomato, etc. Add to pan that has been oiled and is hot. 

Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk well and add immediately to pan. 

Sprinkle top with salt and Garam Masala to taste. Scramble. 

Serve topped with any of the veg as garnish and extra flavor.
