Daily smoothie

Raw-Vegan-Anti-cancer-Super Anti-oxidant

1 c. almond or coconut milk

1 c. frozen berries/cherries

1 handful greens (kale, spinach, parsley, etc)

1/4-1/2 banana

3 dates

1/2 Tbsp almond butter (optional)

1 1/2 Tbsp hemp hearts

1/4 scoop Garden of Life perfect food raw

1/4 tsp Moringa

1 c. ice

Blend. Makes 2-3 cups which I drink my myself. If you can drink more, double it, or share with the family. Sometimes I add grapefruit juice too.
