WFPB Spaghetti

 


Cook noodles in boiling water and rinse in cold water. Set aside.

Water saute yellow bell peppers and kale together. After a couple minutes add shredded yellow squash. You can do a bit of salt and butter if you like with this.


When veggies are softened and cooked to your liking, add in the pasta and favorite marinara sauce. Simmer until all is hot.
