Lemongrass and Ginger Tea- for sickness
Lemon grass, Bitter melon, and Thai eggplants.
Introduce fresh lemongrass and ginger root to a boiling pot of water. It can be small or large depending on whether you're making a cup or several. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Add honey if desired and drink.
