Peaches and Cream Chilean style


*This tastes best with fresh juicy-sweet peaches, especially if they are Palisade peaches, or Elberta peaches. Also if you have fresh cream from the cow. We don't often get these though living in New Mexico, so:

Drain a can of lower sugar peaches. Put some in a bowl, and drizzle heavy cream over them (not sweetened at all). Viola! Chileans don't care for a lot of sugar.

If your an America (ha,ha) and want extra flavor, you can buy a flavored creamer (like for coffee) and use that instead.

I first had this in Chile and wondered why this simple amazing treat had been absent from my life!
