Mushrooms
Mushrooms are good for you! Clean thoroughly. Some people say to just wipe mushrooms, but I do that and wash them and cut off the ends of the stems (or if they're tough stems, remove them completely).
I like them sautéed in water and a tough of evoo with a sprinkling of Montreal Steak seasoning. Cook over low for about 10 minutes. Then splash on some balsamic vinegar and finish at high heat until liquid evaporates.
