Grapefruit


What a great, healthy start to the day grapefruit is! Slice in half, then use a serrated knife to cut around the edge, and then a small spoon to slice out the wedges of grapefruit from between the walls. When you've eaten it all, squeeze out all the juice from the halves into a cup. You will get about 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice!
