WFPB fruit "pudding"

 


Just raspberries stirred into no-sugar applesauce!

I love pudding, and pies filled with pudding, and cakes with puddings. But to be better to my body, I have cut out almost all dairy and sugars. This is a good substitute! 

Just stir any fruit into applesauce- bananas, coconut, berries, etc., for a great snack or after dinner treat!
