Scrambled eggs with ham and fried potatoes
Potatoes are not actually fried, but roasted in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or so, after being tossed with oil and seasonings. (salt, pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, herbs)
Eggs are whisked with a splash of milk, and poured over sizzling ham that's been frying in an oiled pan. Season to taste and continue to stir and turn eggs until done.
A breakfast we have a lot. Some kids put their eggs on toast, some roll everything up in a tortilla, etc.
