Bacon

This bacon is about half-cooked. 

Just wanted to say that when we our family got to be really big and we wanted to cook bacon for everyone, we found it took too long to cook it in strips anymore. The best way was to cut a block of bacon into four sections. Then peel each piece (from each of the four sections) off individually and lay it in the pan. After being on the heat a while, use a wooden spoon to stir the bacon, and continue to stir every few minutes to prevent it sticking to the pan. The longer it stays in the pan, the crispier the pieces of bacon get, and when they're ready, turn the whole pan out onto a plate lined with paper towels. 

*always try to pour off or save the bacon grease in a metal cup to use as a base for other meals
