Spicy Lentil Wrap- Trader
I love this healthy wrap from Trader Joes, which is about 1 hour away from our house so I rarely go there, but love this when I do! It would be healthier on a whole wheat wrap or brown rice wrap. Cook red lentils flavored with salt, onion, green onion, cumin and red pepper paste so it's spicy. Once soft, mash like refried beans. Spread on wrap bread (they use lavash) and roll up with shredded cabbage. Make a tahini sauce from tahini, fresh garlic, salt, fresh parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (water to thin if needed).
