Rice & Gravy

 

We make rice with chicken gravy a lot at home. We usually use a can of chicken meat from Costco, but sometimes we cook up some chicken thighs, or use leftover rotisserie chicken. We make a really good gravy with the chicken and we ladle it over rice. 

Can make this with beef instead with a beef flavored gravy.
