Fried Potatoes

Cube potatoes and toss in a large bowl with seasonings and vegetable oil. 

1 part Lawry's seasoned salt, 1 part regular salt, and 1 part Montreal Steak Seasoning does it for us. I just eye it and don't measure.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve for breakfast or on a New Mexican plate.
