Macaroni n' Cheese
Pat loves to make homemade macaroni and cheese and eat it with paprika and salsa on the side.
He makes 2lbs of macaroni, cooked al dente.
He makes a white sauce (1/2 c. butter, 3/4 flour, 4 c. milk, dash onion powder, dash garlic, salt, seasonings). Then melts in 2lbs of shredded medium or sharp cheddar cheese. Always shred the cheese yourself. The store shredded stuff is powdered and not as good.
