Marianne's Healthy Cookie Snacks
Stir together:
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. molasses (black strap)
4 egg sized scoops of applesauce or 4 flax eggs
Add:
3 rounded scoops of ww flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
2-3 c. oats
Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 for 12-15 minutes
