Kid's No-Bake Cookies
Melt together in a
pan:
½ c. almond butter (can substitute peanut butter)
½ c. coconut oil
Remove from heat and
stir in:
½ c. honey
2 tsp vanilla
½ c. chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
Then stir in until
coated:
2 ½ c. oats
Drop by cookie scoop onto
baking sheet lined with wax paper, and refrigerate for one hour or more. Enjoy!
