Egg on Toast w/Salt

 

Just fry and egg- I usually do it in bacon grease or evoo- and don't brown it at all. Just barely done and not runny. 

Toast some Ezekiel bread and butter it. Top with the egg and season with salt. One of my favorite breakfasts. Simple is best.
