Daily Drinks and tips for Health



from my friend Jenelle who got these from a program

*Keep a gallon sized container full of good drinking water and add to it 2 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 Tbsp of fresh squeezed Lemon juice. Drink this gallon of liquid daily to cleanse and fully hydrate.


*At Lunchtime: Make a sludge of 1/2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 twist fresh ground pepper, and warm water to taste. Drink 'er down.


*At night: Herbal Tea made with ginger. You can use Celestial Seasonings or brew your own is better:

Ginger-Orange Tea for a week: 6 cups of water, 1 inch of fresh ginger, 1 orange in slices. Bring to a boil, add honey to taste. Drink. Portion this out for the week. 

*Other advice for skirt and skin: daily bath with Epsom salt and a capful of evoo.
