Yogurt
Yogurt bars with lots of toppings are fun at baby/bridal showers or parties. Easiest to buy yogurt, but important to know how to make it.
Everyone likes the Instapot recipes better now, but my Instapot doesn't work right, so here's a basic recipe in case you don't have an Instapot:
1 gallon milk
6 oz active live culture yogurt (Greek, Dannon, Yoplait, Western Family, Kefir, etc- just read the label and make sure it has active live cultures).
Heat milk to 130 degrees, allowing to cool to 112 degrees. Then add yogurt with live cultures. Put this mixture into jars with plastic wrap over the mouth. Immerse in a bath of 112 degree water in a plastic ice-chest. Let stand overnight. Refrigerate. Add sugar, fruit, sweetener, whatever you like to taste. Enjoy!
