Taffy Apple Dip

1 pkg cream cheese

3/4 c. brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

chopped nuts if desired

Beat just until smooth and only add the nuts on top (if desired). Serve with apple wedges.

Sweetened Condensed Milk Caramel Apple Dip

Lighly oil a medium pot and pour in the contents of sweetened condensed milk. Cook carefully, stirring constantly not to burn, over medium-low heat until a warm brown color. Pour into a serving dish and let cool. Serve with apple slices.
