Green Chili Chicken Sandwich/Wrap

This is a knock-off from Carl's Jr.

southwest mayo (chipotle mayo)
whole or chopped canned green chili (Hatch is good)
chicken breast that has been marinated in buttermilk and ranch seasoning overnight, and then grilled to perfection (can brush with bbq sauce to brown)
cheese of choice

Put these together on your favorite bread, wrap, or bun, toasted.  This could also be served as a main dish sans bun, and with homemade oven fries or mashed potatoes on the side.
