Dion's Veggie Sandwich (like a sub)

I don't toast my bread quite so much, because it hurts my mouth! But this is a great sandwich. Add cheese if you like.

- lightly toasted whole wheat bread spread with mayo and deli mustard
-fill with: grilled mushrooms, bell peppers, red onion, green chili, black olives, etc

top with:
-fresh sliced tomatoes
-fresh iceberg lettuce 
-tangy Greek dressing for dipping

Serve with a dill pickle and chips.

Knock-off Greek Dressing:

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar + 1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Pasteurized Egg Yolk

To make dressing, combine all Greek dressing ingredients into a measuring cup and blend 10 seconds with a hand blender. Pour into a half pint jar, secure with a lid and refrigerate. Makes 1 cup.
