Papi's BBQ Pork Ribs, BBQ Pork Sandwiches
Buy boneless pork ribs, and boil them in water for about 2-3 hours until they break apart easily. Remove and place on a greased sheet pan, cover with BBQ sauce and place until broiler until blackened, or just bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Plate 1-2 ribs per person.
For sandwiches, you would shred the pork up and mix with BBQ sauce and serve with buns and coleslaw. The rich man's sloppy joe.
Something cheesy always goes good on the side of these. Or pasta/potato salad.
