BBQ Chicken

Season and cook chicken breasts  in a skillet turning until both sides are nicely browned. Marinate overnight first if desired for more tenderness.

Brush with BBQ sauce and place under broiler until they get blackened a bit. Remove, slice, and brush with BBQ sauce again. Plate. 

On this night we were making dinner for the missionaries and Pat made mac n' cheese to go with it, and I made a quick cucumber salad (cucumbers tossed with Italian dressing). Served with rolls, and watermelon, and sodas. It's weird during this covid time to not get to feed them in our home, so we just package up everything for take-out!
