Baked Rice and Beans- My Plant Based Family
1 c. uncooked brown rice
3 c. water
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
2 c. cooked beans
1 c. corn (optional)
Stir all ingredients together in a 9x13 pan and bake uncovered for 1-1/2 hours until rice is tender. Great flavor!
