Sprouted Cereal- Lisa Ross
Sprout a variety of large grains and small legumes, small grains separately, nuts separately, seeds separately.
all kinds of wheat
kamut wheat (high protein)
rye berries
oat groats
buckwheat
millet
spelt
quinoa
Sprout everything. For a bowl of cereal- put in bowl all the sprouted grains/legumes and soaked seeds and nuts desired. Add (as desired) dried cranberries, raisins, coconut flakes, chopped apple, plant milk and a healthy sweetener like pure maple syrup. You can add small amounts to dry cereal to get your children used to it, or to hot cereal in the winter.
