Pat's Pastrami Sandwich

Pat likes a Jalapeño-cheese bagel, with good pastrami, pepperjack cheese (or Swiss, or Provalone), toasted open face in the oven. Then add on all the sandwich fixings you like and close the sandwhich.

Pat loves horseradish, jalapenos, mustard, pickled jalapenos, pepperjack cheese, tomato, sprouts or lettuce, etc.

Pat also likes Hoagie sandwiches with lots of meats, ham, turkey, pepperoni, salami, cheeses, and all the fixings. 

He does not like mayo, but loves mustard. We are way different but I have to admit there is nothing so good as good pastrami. I'd never eaten pastrami until he introduced me to it after we were married.
