Favorite Lunch Wraps
My kids spread: cream cheese on a tortilla, with mustard, and 1-2 pieces of lunchmeat and roll up. Easiest school lunch ever. Just wrap in saran wrap and done!
My favorite:
Tortillalots of cream cheese (tastes extra good if it's whipped with green chili and onion and a little salt)
mustard
bit of lunchmeat
sliced tomato, salted lightly
pepperoncinis
thinly sliced purple onion (optional)
Whole Wheat Veggie Wrap (wfpb)- the Range Café in Albuquerque
grilled zucchini, cooled to warm
grilled squash, cooled to warm
grilled bell peppers, cooled to warm
fresh spinach
spicy tomato jam (or mixture of ketchup, mayo, and Cholula or green chili)

I have no idea how they make this, but it is sooo good! I had to record it!
