Cinnamon Toasts

Preheat oven to 350 WITH a cookie sheet in it.

Take slices of good quality bread, however many you need, as can fit on the cookie sheet.

Soften (not melt) in the microwave about a Tablespoon of butter per toast. Once butter is softened, mix it with an equal amount of sugar, and cinnamon to taste. Use a fork to mix and create a paste. Then use a butter knife to slather each piece of bread. Now pull out your HOT cookie sheet, quickly put the toasts on it, and return it to the oven. Change the over to BROIL, and just cook long enough to melt the butter and lightly brown the tops. Pull out and serve immediately.
