Brussel Sprouts
Clean off outer leaves and slice fresh bottoms

Bring to boil, and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain water then toss with garlic, sea salt, butter or evoo, and roast under broiler until browned. Serve drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction.

That's my favorite way, But if you just want it simple and fast you can just boil it for about 10 minutes and then eat with vinegar and salt. Or butter if you prefer, as you like.
