Fried Fish and Fried Fish Sandwiches


Buy Tilapia fillets (no skin).
Rinse them, pat dry, and then dip them in egg (that you've whisked) and then a mixture of flour, cornmeal, and seasoned salt.
Fry in ½ inch of oil on both sides.  It only takes about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve with tarter sauce by mixing 1 part mayo, 1 part ketchup, and 1 part sweet relish.  Easy! Or make into a sandwich with this sauce, lettuce and tomato.
