Kale Salad

Add toasted almonds

Blanche clean kale leaves that have been chopped in boiling water for 30-60 seconds. You can also add baby broccoli pieces at the same time. 

Rinse with cold water, drain, and prepare salad.

Add craisins, almonds or walnuts, and a maple syrup vinagrette. Toss with a bit of salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
