4th of July Berry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

• Make up your favorite moist white sheet cake. You can use the white birthday cake recipe on this blog, or look up a white Texax sheet cake recipe. If you want it more dense, you can use a pound cake. It's up to you!

When this cake is cooled top it with Cream Cheese Frosting (see Frostings) and blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries arranged like a flag. Or you can make it all mixed and colorful. Delicious!
