WFPB Waffles
WFPB Waffles no sugar/no oil
2 c. ww flour (may substitute oat flour for half)
2 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
2 c. plant milk
¼-1/2 c. water
1 tsp vanilla
Batter might be thinner than normal. Cook as usual waffles. Top with applesauce, peanut butter, pure maple syrup, blueberry sauce, peach jam, etc.
