Christmas Kiwi Plate

1 round foil cake tin about 6" in diameter (the one pictured is bigger, but then you have to peel kiwi forever and that ain't cheap or easy!)
2 kiwi fruit, approximately
1 pomegranate, seeded
1 mini red bow
perhaps a mini orange or a slice of orange to place in the center to keep kiwi in place, if desired

Peel and slice kiwi's into coins.  Layer in a circle to fill cake tin until it looks nice.
Sprinkle a small handful of pomegranate seeds over top
Cover with plastic, secure underneath with tape
Place the red bow in the center.

This looks so pretty and is so refreshing in the winter with the typically heavy food.  I would make this for everyone, if it wasn’t so time consuming!
